Return and Exchange Policy

At RatedMart, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a smooth and transparent 5-day return and exchange policy to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience.

Eligibility for Return/Exchange:

You can request a return or exchange within 5 days from the date of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with all tags, packaging, and invoice intact.

Products that are damaged, altered, or returned without tags will not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

Place a return/exchange request through our portal at ratedmart.com

Our courier partner will pick up the package within 3–5 business days, free of cost

Refund Policy:

Refunds are processed within 15 business days after item inspection.

For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

For COD orders, refunds will be issued as store credit only.

Exchange Policy:

You can exchange your product for the same or another item, subject to stock availability.

If the desired item is out of stock, you may opt for a refund/store credit.

Important Notes:

Items on sale or marked final may not be eligible for return/exchange.

Products damaged in transit must be reported immediately with unboxing proof.

Order Cancellation:

To cancel your order, please cancel at ratedmart.com within 24 hours of placing the order.
